How to prepare
To fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience, here’s how to prepare:
- Bring Essentials: A yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothing, and any personal items you’d like to include on your Vision Board (e.g., photos or meaningful symbols).
- Light Meals Only: Avoid heavy meals for 3 hours before the event to stay fully present and attuned to the energy. If you come a little hungry, that fine! We will have some snacks after the sessions.
- Come with and open heart and no expectations. Come with a genuine desire in your heart to connect. Let that pure intention be your guiding star for the evening.
